Hey,

Wondering if there is any way to send an email from CRM Online as part of a workflow from an non CRM User. Hoping it is possible to send it from a generic email? Or would the generic email require a CRM license to send the emails?

Thanks!

You can go to settings >>service management >> queue >> create a new queue with incoming email >> click approve email & then click test enable mailbox

Make sure the email id you mention here is part of your exchange, this way you would not need a crm license

Now in workflow >> create email message>> from equal your queue

    Thanks Prashant!

Would this work if the Email Account is a shared mail box?
