Managing Maryland part time sick leave requirements in GP 2015

Is GP 2015 capable of automating the new Maryland part time sick leave requirements:

  1. Accrual rate = 3.3%
  2. Carry-over sick accrual cap = 40 hours
  3. Cap on accrual per year = 40 hours
  4. Overall sick usage cap per year = 64 hours
  5. Suppress sick accrual for those <24 hours worked in a pay cycle
