Hi

We have 2 POS and 1 server of RMS 2.0 service pack 4 running under SQL 2005 express. When i copy item to create a new item, it does not copy all the info to the item from the copied item for example it miss the extended description, price, cost, supplier etc.  It is happening only at POS1 , POS2 and Server both are working fine. RMS database that both POS's are accessing are on RMS server. POS's are running with XP SP3 and windows updates applied already.

Any solution / suggesstions please ?

Thanks

Syed

Is POS1 up to the same RMS hotfix level as the rest of the machines?

    Hello Syed,

Glad to hear that the ADO interface update fixed the issue. I have found that it fixes a lot of strange issues where it seems like not all the data is being read from the database.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
