Business Process Flow on mobile devices -

I have made some basic customisations to our opportunity sales process.

We are using Dynamics CRM online with dynamics CRM for phones app.

I've included additional stages and some conditional branches to show/hide these additional stages based on some simple logic (it all just references one field)

It has all been kept quite simple (no required fields) and it is working as it should via desktop browsers (IE or Chrome )

When viewed in the mobile app there are intermittent issues.

1. If I create an opp in the app and view in app it seems to work ok.

2. If I view a previously created opp in the app, it doesn't show additional stages. If I click 'Next Stage' it does show the fields (so long as I don't go past Proposal Stage but this is the same as on desktop browsers so I'm ok with that)

3. If I progress to negotiation stage, the process flow disappears entirely on the mobile app

4. Occasionally when I change stage on the app, it doesn't actually process it and the app freezes.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

    Microsoft Support have confirmed this is in all likelihood a bug and they are currently investigating.

    Hi Arnaud,

    Yes, this was resolved.

    I think it was the final update of Dynamics 2016 online.

    We're on 365 now and it's working fine.
