Monitoring the all approved workflow notification

Hi All,

What is the best way to achieve this in D365.

The purpose is for our purchasing team to monitor all the approved Purchase Requisition & PO in real time.

In AX this can be achieved by opening the notification bell and all the information are already in there. It should not delete just keep all the historical data as well.

Hi Leah,

Its in Dynamics AX 2012 R2.

We just upgraded to D365 Finance & Operation and wanted that type of view if possible or any other workaround.
