How to migrate PSA entitities

Hi !

I'm trying to migrate psa entities but I'm not getting it. I'm using KingsWaySoft.
The source is OnPremise 8.2.1.176
Destination is CRM Online 9.0.2.54

Always a lot of mistakes.

The two main ones I have found are:
The format of the input string is incorrect.
The content type text / html; charset = utf-8 of the response message does not match the content type of the binding

I already disable the plugins, I stopped mapping some entities, but always the same errors and I have no idea how to proceed. Has anyone had a similar experience or can you help me in any way?
