I used following approach before - I built url with needed viewid and used it in sitemap - docs.microsoft.com/.../open-forms-views-dialogs-reports-url
Thanks for the response. i tried that, but i'm having some generic error while accessing sub area. is there any thing wrong in my url . it's working fine with browser but not from the sitemap. Thank You.

Try to use following instead:

Also can you please show how you configured the SiteMap?
Seems that you modify parameters using OOB App Builder. As far as I remember it doesn't work with some special symbols ike ampersand the right way. Try to modify SiteMap using XrmToolbox and SiteMap editor.
