Hi all,
When creating an email using only the Real Time Marketing Email Builder (WYSIWYG editor), we've seen Gmail centre-align the text, I'm assuming as a result of being included in a <th> tag. When trying to add style=/text-align:left/ to the <p> and <li> tags manually in the HTML editor, the Builder strips out this style attribute, meaning we can't even override the behaviour. Setting /left-align/ using the text formatting options in the Builder toolbar is similarly unsuccessful.
Is this an issue others have seen? Does anybody know a good workaround??
It would be immensely helpful if the builder either
- left the code alone if we add something we need; or
- set the text-align as left explicitly.
I'm an email developer, incredibly comfortable in either the WYSIWYG editor or the code, and this has me stumped.
