Copy Environment Failed

Hi, I have tried several time to copy an environment from production to sandbox and even to from sandbox to sandbox. Each time the copy failed with the following message :

Status: Failed

Error: Message not shown because the NavBaseException constructor was used without privacy classification

Any idea of where I should look to have more info on the error ?

Thank you Rajvi,

Unfortunately in this case the solution was find thanks to an on prem server but in my case I'm only running BC on cloud. Any other ideas ?
