Transaction Level Posting vs. Batch Posting

I would like to know anyone's opinion on Transaction Level Posting vs. Batch Posting.  I am started a job recently where they use transaction level posting and would like to know pros and cons between the two.

    1) I always prefer to post transaction by batch  as user always have option to print edit list -->Correct it before post transaction.

    +1 on the above (an also you can implement an approvals process before posting if desired).  

    Also remember when posting by batch, you have the option of Posting Through GL.  When Transaction Level Posting, you only can Post TO GL.

    I believe that the previous post has made a clear explanation on the advantages and disadvantages of both; transaction and batch posting. It has got valuable information that you should thoroughly consider

    I personally consider the batch posting as a better approach for the fact that it provides more control over your daily transactions.
