Report writer report prints upper-case letters!

Report writer report prints uppercase letters  even though these data aren't in uppercase on GP

Ex: Invoice debtor address, statement debtor address

even on the standard GP template this is printed in uppercase.

does anyone know why this happens or a way to print these information as they are on GP.

    Does this happen for all reports (Canned GP and Modified)?

    Do you have any reports that do not print all uppercase?

    Are the values that are uppercase displayed in the GP windows in uppercase?

    Hi

    I've noticed this on debtor statements and order acknowledgements so far. I'll see if there are any that doesnt print in uppercase.

    No, the values aren't in uppercase on GP windows. just capital first letter each word or sentence, but prints in uppercase on reports

    This happens because these address fields pull from the RM Statements Header Temporary Table, and this table is coded to populate those fields with All Caps.

    You'll need to get the information from some other table.  On GP 2010 (I'm not sure about the other versions), there is a table already linked to the statements called "F. principal des clients GCC".  I recommend pulling the data from there.
