I need to add dimensions to accurately set pricing to our shopping cart. The weight is needed, but it is very important to have dimensions.

When we ship on FedEX on an item that weighs 9LBS, it cost us about $13.00 to ship pretty much anywhere in the lower 48 US. When shipping on FedEX, using their interface on the web, not only do they ask for the weight, but they also ask for box dimensions: 24" L x 12" W x 8" H

There are no fields currently in RMS for dimensions, only weight. We are in the process of tying in RMS / RMS Link to our website shopping cart.

Sam,

Take a look at the FedEx add-on from Zfirm, which appears to be free until the end of the year for ecommerce sites/shippers http://fedex.shiprush.com/

On the right is a RMS link and has a couple of videos too.
