Hi,

I have created a sales order, then added an existing product in product grid.

Now I want to change Price Per Unit from Product Grid.

Here is a screenshot of Order with an added existing product:

Can you please guide me how to edit Price Per Unit or any other solution to manage multiple prices for the product from sales order form?

    Hi Shidin,

Which records are you referring to when you say "open the records"?  Do you mean to Opportunity, price list or product?  I can't see those settings anywhere.

    Cheers

Since you have added an 'Existing Product', you cannot change the 'Price per unit' from the grid.

You would need to open the records, then change the Pricing from 'Use Default' to 'Override Price'.
Then you will be able to change the price per unit.

If this answer helps you, please mark it as verified.

    Cheers!

You can't change price per unit as the price is determined by the Pricelist selected for the customer / order.

The Discount field allows you to change the final price of the order line by adding a discount / surcharge to the line as appropriate.
