MS NAV 2018 Webclient , icon are missing in ribbon

We have MS NAV 2018 web client installed in our production env. When trying to access the MS NAV web client, icon in Ribbon is missing in user login page.

I have compare the configuration of Production application server with my Quality server(where this issue is not coming) there is no differences is observed.

Pl help how i can fix this issue.

Edit image is missing at ribbon level. Also when navigate to other pages like purchase order, contact then not all the icon are loading .

Please check your permissions, I don't think it is an issue with the web client.
