Management Reporter - User Can't Save a Report Definition

I appeared to be having a rights issue for a Designer user that I had set up in Management Reporter.  

 

However, I had not given the user rights to the folders using Report Viewer.

    It tooks like you were just posting this out to be informative for the community.  Once you assigned the permissions were you able to generate the report?
