After Dynamics 365 home was depracated (following up the roadmap), Business Central's icon was not moved and is still not available through Microsoft 365 app launcher, in the Business App tab.

Hi, if this is more urgent, you can temporarily add a custom app launcher.

If the Icon is not showing up for more than a couple days, all you can do is open a support ticket. There is a service that is supposed to be refreshing what is shown on that page. We would need a ticket internally to have it looked at for a specific customer tenant that is not updating correctly.

I am just referring that the customer I also resell to (and for which I am delegated admin) are also experiencing this same issue with their own licensed users.
I thought it may be a general issue?
Are you signed into a customer environment with your Delegated Admin (partner) creds and expecting to see it? You don't technically have a license, so I wouldn't expect it to show up for you if that is how you're signed in.

Initially I thought that it was a caching issue. But It keeps happening. Not only for my environment but in others I am delegated admin.
Any other thoughts? Is it a bug, where should I report it?

As long as the user is assigned a valid Business Central license, it should be showing up under the 'Business Apps' section of the app launcher.All apps | Microsoft OfficeIt might take a day after assigning a license? Have the user Cntrl+F5 refresh the page if it's not showing up to make sure it's not a caching issue.Thanks,
