Business event that is used by power automate doesn't work properly in Cloud-hosted environment

We have developed a custom business event and it's been consumed by Power automate. First it looked fine and events were triggered when it was tested. But afterwards we noticed it keeps creating new row for the active business event (in pic). Any idea why this is happening?

The endpoint is different, is this business event for this environment getting used in other power automates. Is it keep on adding?
