Can anyone tell me about that how can I open AOT in visual studio 2017. I have free trial version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and I want to open it Visual studio 2017. Is it possible to customize HR Module coding?

It is a saas application means you cannot extend the application using visual studio.

You can only extend Dynamics 365 Human Resources with custom fields and the Power Platform. You can read about this in the documentation: Overview - Human Resources | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Docs
Apart from this application, there are still HR features in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. In this application, you can customize the HR features in Visual Studio using extensions.
Can you also tell what type of trial you have access to? Was it provided from trials.dynamics.com?
