I need to import vendors from one company to another in Dynamics GP

We are consolidating our A/P operations and need to copy vendors from one company to another. I have a spreadsheet template for importing vendors. However, I don't see how I can run a list of the vendors I want that includeds the full additional address such as remit to and purchase from. The Smart List report only allows me to include the address codes, not the addresses themselves. Do I need to go somewhere other than the Smart List options?

    You will need to go to columns up above and add the address per field (ie, Address 1, Address2, city, state, zip, etc..) until you have all the info needed.    You could also use the Smartlist Object Vendor Addresses.   That should have all you need there but use the column to add or remove needed or unneeded info.

    The only addresses available are Address 1, Address 2 and Address 3, and these are for the primary address only. The only fields available for the additional addresses are the address codes.

    You need to go to the Vendor Address smartlist.   This one only contains the addresses.   Does that help?
