Intermittent Print Dialog Box disappearing

Has anyone run into this issue before? This is only happening when printing invoices and packing slips.

Users log onto a terminal server. The print dialog box disappears for multiple users, using different printers.

    Have you look at the whether the print path is un-ticked on posting setup.

    Thank you for your suggestion. I don't see invoices or packing slip as one of the report options?

    Shelly,

    Please have a look at the default of invoice and packing slips.

    Sales >> Setup >> Sales Order Processing >> Options button

    And Packing slip in the following.

    Sales >> Setup >> Invoicing
