Can I add associated campaigns to the main lead form?

Once you open up a lead, I know that you can click the "V" on the navigation and click 'campaigns'. It will then show all the associated campaigns in a view.

I want to move this view to the main lead form. We'd like to see it front and center. I tried adding it as a sub-grid, but I can't seem to find it as an option any where.

Thanks for the help! I'm on CRM 2016 Update 1 online.

Hi Brooke

As far as I am aware there is no out of the box relationship, You would need to add this and set the correct view
