Retrieve the working hours of the users (Dynamics 365 crm online)

Hi Experts,

Currently I am working on Dynamics 365 Crm Portal. My aim is to retrieve the working hours of the users from CRM to Portal. I just want to check user availability before creating any appointment against that user from PORTAL. Is there a way to get the working hours and user time schedule of the users on Portals?
