I am using online crm. I have resolved that old issue. There was a reference of SLA on the form but no SLA existed in the system. But now i am facing new issue that solution is getting roll back and no error log file is being generated after full solution is rolled back. The above screen shot has been taken after one hour the solution rolled back.
Hi Govind,
You can find the details error in the event viewer. Could you please share the error.
Thanks
Goutam
I am recently exported from v8.2 to v9.0. there are many dependencies missing in v9.0 . I suggest you select the Components tabs of your error log and share the failure here. tt has more information. Refer this:
www.powerobjects.com/.../troubleshooting-solution-import-errors
Another way is to find that component(id) in customizations.xml and manually remove from the solution,
rezip and reimport.
I am exporting solution of crm v 8.2 to Crm v 9.0.
Hi Govind,
In XrmToolBox, a tool called Solution Import is present which can display the error logs while importing. You can download XrmToolBox from the link below.
Hope this helps.
What is your CRM version?
Thank you but still i am not able to identify the component type. I am able to get the objectid but unable to know the component type and the entity which is related to this issue.
