Check with Stub Report As Blank

Hello,

We are facing a strange issue on the user machine when printing check with stubs on screen. The report is printing as blank as attached.

Version: GP2010

OS: Windows 8

Analysis I did so far with sa user: 

  1. From Print Payables Check window, Only No Stub report is printing the data. Check with Stub on Top/Bottom or any stub report is printing a blank report. No customization/no modified report. 
  2. Check with Stub on Top is printing fine when we tried to print the checks from the Payables Transaction Entry screen.
  3. Checked on other Windows 8 and Windows 7 machines and the stub reports are printing fine.
  4. Uninstalled GP and re-installed GP without any Dex customization/modified reports/vba and again no luck. 

This is strange or am I missing anything.  Please advise.

    Those who are in Middle East region (Arabic). Please make a note of the regional settings on the computer.

    Hi Prakash,

    Please check your SQL server language and compare with system non-unicode language. If non-unicode language is different from your SQL server, change it to SQL server language and restart your computer, then try to print the report.

    Tried this as well but no luck. Sorry, forgot to mention this point earlier.

    Copy the whole GP folder from another machine on which the report is working to this machine which has the problem.

    Let us know how this goes,
