Missing Receipt on history tables

One of the accountants recently came to me (IT Dept) asking for help because of a missing receipt. She is trying to tag the receipt numbers to a project tracking component called Encore. I started digging into it and found the receipt number in POP10500 and POP10600. When I searched on the history tables POP30300, POP30310 & POP30390, I could not find any records of this receipt. I do not know if for some reason they got deleted. I would appreciate some input or if someone has a solution.

Thank you.

Yes, it sounds like the record is corrupted beyond repair within the UI.

I just finished running check links and recon. Only one of two receipts showed up on the check links report as re-created. When I looked for the  "re-created", I only found it on POP10500, POP10600 and POP10300, no receipt lines table nor history tables. Manually creating the receipts seems like my last resort.

    Hello Diego Franco

I have seen such cases mostly related to posting corruption, the prerequisite to get things settled; as Mr. Frank has mentioned, is to start with the check links and reconciliation as well.

If things didn't go well, you will have to evaluate the degree to which the records are corrupted and handle things manually. The following script may give you a wider picture of the specific PO and associated receiving details Purchase Order Receiving and Invoices Details – SQL Script

    Your feedback is highly appreciated,

Have you tried running check links on the POP transaction tables?

I had checked those two tables before and nothing... sorry I guess I missed that piece of information, but no, it is not there.

Is the receipt still sitting in POP10300 and/or POP10310?  It's possible it didn't move to history as it should have.
