Hi,

I have an issue where the items are not synchronising properly from the source company to the target company. Changes to an existing article does sync properly, but as soon as I add a new article in the source company, it does not sync to the target company. Is there anyone familiar with this problem who can help me?

Hello as per my knowledge, a common synchronization issue where newly created items in the source company are not syncing to the target company, while updates to existing items work fine. This typically points to a missing or misconfigured data synchronization setup, such as missing record entries in a change tracking table, job queue issues, or filters in the Data Exchange Definition or Integration Table Mapping that only recognize updates but not inserts.

I recommend reviewing the integration configuration to ensure that new records are included in the sync logic, and verify that the job queue entries are running without errors. If needed, running a full initial sync can often resolve this.

Hello,

Are all the fields Enabled, especially the PK and if there is any suspicious entry found on the Synchronization Log?
