ReportI have an issue where some GL accounts did not get closed as part of the 2014 year end close process due to a 13th period issue. This is on a GP 2010 version. The Fiscal Periods Setup window shows 2014 with the 13 periods and the Historical checkbox is marked. Therefore the process was run for 2014 so it cannot be run again or it will close 2015. I need a way to "re-run" it again to close these accounts. I see info for a utility that is available in GP 2013r2 which I assume performs a similar solution. I also see references to needing to open a MBS support incident if I am on any version prior to 2013r2. Is there any other workaround or options?
