Hello,

I would like to know which field is an "actual purchase order date" in PurchTable/PurchLine.

This "actuall purchase order date" means a day which a person in charge of purchase instructed date.

f.g.

3/1 : A person in charge of purchase instructed purchase order, but he/she didn't input in Dynamics AX.

3/2 : He/She did input information of 3/1's purchase order in Dynamics AX.

Where does 3/1's purchase order date goes to field in PurchTable/PurchLine?

Best regards,

I don't believe this is any such date.  You could add one yourself as a customization, but I'm not sure it makes any sense either.  Your vendor is not going to care that you decided to place the PO on 3/1, when you actually entered it in your system and presumably sent it on 3/2.

On the other hand, when you confirm the PO, there is a Document date field on the Setup tab of the posting form.

A purchase order is kind of agreement between two parties i.e "you will purchase Item/Service XYZ and  your Vendor will deliver that"

Talking, the way process is handled in AX, there is difference between OrderCreationDate and OrderConfirmationDate. Usually Least OrderConfirmationDate is supposed as "Purchase Order Date". And Maximum OrderConfirmationDate is supposed as "Purchase Order Latest Revision Date"

    Thank you for your answer.

    Well,,

I think "Purchase Order Date" is important as well as "Delivery Date".

"Purchase Order Date" means A day which is ordered in time for "Delivery Date".

It is nessesary to order in time for the "Delivery Date".
