How do I configure the Permission sets, the User Personalization, and roles of a certain user in Navision 2018

Hi,

I have some users I need to personalize their Navision Permission and Interface, allowing them see some things and not others.

However, I'm facing a big issue. I need to know what they need to access, what they need to see on Navision before I can configure the correct Permission Settings for them.

For example, one Accounts user, I wanted to disable her rights to insert Purchase Header and lines, but I realize that this permission was spread out to quite a few Permission sets. Hence if I disable certain sets, she can't do other things.

Anyone can advise how can I simplify this kind of settings requirement?
