Program Freezing at Login

One of my users is experiencing the program freezing up while attempting to Login. I think that it is because the version for MS Dynamics GP is 2013 and the server that it is pointing to on the login dialog is MS Dynamics GP 2016 which does not exist. If this is the case, how do I correct the login information to be pointing to MS Dynamics GP 2013. BTW - this user terminal is the only one of several that is pointing to the wrong server and the others are not having this issue.

    Hi Daleeather

First thing is to check the ODBC driver (32bit not 64bit) and make sure that it is pointing to the correct sever.

At your Dynamics GP login window, make sure that the correct ODBC driver is selected.

Next open the Dynamics.set file and check the pathing to shared reports and forms and make sure that they are in the shared directory for your GP 2013 environment and not for GP 2016
