I am not able to open the finance and operations app while running the test case in RSAT (Regression Automation Suite Tool)

I have configured the RSAT tool to run my test cases , but its giving me below error 

Status: Test case failed. ERROR: <Message>An unsecured or incorrectly secured fault was received from the other party. See the inner FaultException for the fault code and detail.</Message> <Message>At least one security token in the message could not be validated.</Message>

Do we need to add the thumbprint anywhere ? Not sure if I am missing any step in RSAT settings.. 

I am able to load the test cases from devOps, also I can open the fin ops application from RSAT tool manually but when running the test case its not opening it.

    Hi partner,

    Please make sure you properly add the thumbprint to the wif.config file on all of the AOS machines, and also make sure that the UTC time between the client computer and the Finance and Operations environment is matched.

    Thanks for your reply Will Wu.. Yeah there is definitely something wrong with my Thumbprint.. Sorry I am new to this, when you say AOS machine where is it ? Or if I need to do it other way on my machine Do I need to have Lifecycle Services access ? Can I do it there and it will resolve my issue? At the moment I do not have access to that ...

    Which type of environment you are running? If the RSAT is connecting to tier 1, then you can generate the thumbprint and modify the config file. If it is a tier 2 environment, you would need to generate it from LCS and take the thumb print and put it on your RSAT.

    I manged to resolve it by downloading thumbprint in LCS and copied into my RSAT. Thanks.
