HI

I follow below link for sending email using the template in ax   , while checking system administration ->Email sending status In that statue (Waiting).I check SMTP, User  options   and I did increment cll  no use ,pls guide me how to send email

    Did you run the e-mail distributor batch job, which processes that e-mail queue? Even your linked article talks about running the mail processing batch!

    HI

     I followed all step now system administration ->E-mail send status ->status was change waiting(1). but I did receive the email
