Sync Customers from CE to F&O with DUALwrite - new Adresses - validation issue

we are setting up Dual Write between CE and F&O for a customer, and have sucessfully synced the first tables, but when we try to change an adresse attribute as for a town wich is not available in F&O we are stuck. Is there a way to deactive the validation or directly implement the the town in the DB of F&O so it will be accepted?
