Button not visible on First click on Chekbox

on Grid when we select checkbox, Button which is depend on selection of checkbox is not visible on First click, when we deselect and select checkbox again then button is getting visible

Yes I had done the same deleted earlier entries and tried with New Entries but still issue is there
