we have just installed solomon 7 at our HQ, we are using a single database set up. We now need to bring the rest of the organisation via terminal server session to be able to enter their own accounting information. We have decided that we wil remain with the single data base because the other locations all run the same chart of accounts and it is to expensive to go with single databases for each location.
My need is based on the single database, what process do we need to follow in order to bring the other units on without major disruption and in terms of reporting(financial and management) what needs to be set up to ensure that all the information is consolidated accurately, and how can we sets to ensure this is unfact being done.
