Hi @SachinMittal, you need to do the customisations in the workflow editor itself.

If you want to add the logic after the workflow is completed, you can add your code to the completed event handler class. In order to get the class name right click on the WF type and get the completed class name, create an extension class and do COC on completed method.

    Hello,

Can you explain what do you want to achieve or which problem you want to solve?

After the workflow approval or rejection the workflow is pretty much done, so there isnt much you can do in the workflow designer, besides sending a notification that the workflow is completed. If you are using Power automate, you have much more possibilities to send out notifications (mail or Teams) and receiver.

In case you want to implement a certain business logic, changing any values in fields f.e., then you have to customize it via code.

    Kind regards, Adis

Addition to Adis, You can check ProjBudgetOrigWFApprEventHandler.completed() class method to apply your logic.

    Hi Sachin,
    • Add a customization to execute logic when the workflow reaches the approved state.
    • If you want the system to automatically trigger actions, configure automatic approval conditions in the workflow settings
