I am trying to print collection letters, it shows processing icon but nothing prints, any idea why it's not printing?

Also when saving collection letter I got below prompt on my machine but not coming on client machine, what is missing?

    It could be a permissions issue since the Collection Letters have to be created in %TEMP% folder before then can be printed.  I would verify the issue still occurs when you are logged in as ADMIN on the computer, and launch GP as administrator too just to be safe and test from there.

    Hi Isaac,

    I solved the issue by going to the Developer tab>> Document Template and marking the  CMWordIntegration.dot  checkbox.
