Move vendor owned inventory to user warehouse

Hi All,
 
I am facing a problem with "Inventory Ownership Change" journal posting.
 
Due to same I am looking for a workaround to still move the vendor owner inventory from Vendor warehouse to User owned warehouse, with possibility to still allowing invoicing.
 
I have already tried Transfer Journal but it doesn't allow me to to perform operation for vendor owned inventory.
