Subscription billing MEA

I am facing an issue in the testing of Multiple Element Allocation where I have configured the items standalone selling prices and MEA Templates. The items need to fetch the base sales price when the user goes for revenue allocation.

However the system is not fetching the details of the base sales price when we are going for the revenue allocation in the billing schedule. This problem is persisting even when it has been tested for 2-3 times atleast.

RG101: Laptop , base sales price 1200

RG111: Subscription Base sales price 300

Please respond as to what can be the issue regarding this failure of fetching the price from the item master of these products.

    Hi RaghavG !

Have you solved you're issue with the Multiple Element Allocation?

We have configured some articles here without any problem. Possibly you need to configure the Standalone selling price origin in the Multiple element revenue allocation parameters?2022_2D00_05_2D00_23_5F00_12_2D00_08_2D00_35.png

    Hi Nohemi

I have configured as per the base sales price that as per the docs is required to fetch the base sales price from the released product master.

Will try with as you say with the standard selling price and verify as well. However if you test it can you tell what was the result of the testing, was the system able to pull the price from the product master.

    Hi RaghavG,

As I show you in the last answer, I have the MEA parameters with Base sales price and the Item standalone price set up for 3 items. I have a MEA template configured too. Now from a billing schedule, which contains two of these articles, I select the Revenue allocation whith single type allocation (it means that I can't change the allocation account for each line, but if you select multiple then you'll can change the allocation account for each item). Here in this form of Revenue allocation, I select the MEA allocation number (MEA Template) and I apply. See the following steps with the test:

    1. I have the MEA parameters with Base sales price:

    2. Item standalone price:

    3. MEA Template:

In the billing schedule, I have 2 of this items with Flat price example:

The result of Revenue allocation with Single Type allocation:

    I hope this could help,
