In CRM, in the Order tab, there is the option to run reports. In the reports section, there are multiple report options. One report is a customized "Welcome Letter", which is a letter that is sent out once the Order has been completed, with order, product, customer information.
I can't remember how to edit this Welcome Letter, can someone let me know how to search for this letter, or where I might be able to find it?

I don't recall seeing that report "out of the box", so it might have been specifically customized for your system.
If it's a custom SSRS report, if you navigate to Sales -> Reports
Find and highlight the report from the list, click on 'Edit' on the view menu and it will open a details page about the report, in the actions menu, click "Download Report" and it will download an "RDL" file that you can edit using SQL Server Data Tools. Its not a trivial task but its how its done.
If it's a custom Word Template, then you go to Settings -> Templates and can modify from there.
