Unable to add the Filed security profile role in CRM even though i have access for System administrator

Hi Team,

I am Unable to add the Filed security profile role in CRM even though i have access for System administrator.

And getting the error like below:

An error has occurred. Try this action again. If the problem continues, check the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Community for solutions or contact your organization's Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Finally, you can contact Microsoft Support. 

Could you please anyone help/assist me why it is happening

    Hi Pravin,

    You can just enable field security on another field and Publish All

    Customization and then disable the field security of that field and again Publish all Customization. It's kind of toggling/resetting the field security profiles. Later try assigning the field security profiles

    Hi Charan,

    I think you could find actual issue in console window. Press F12 and check error in console in error window

    Publish All Customizations and try again.

    Hi,

    You may have enabled /disabled the Field Level Security Role several times or your cache of the browser have not been updated. Please try the fresh browser pr try to clear the cache by refreshing browser using ctrl+F5.

    Thanks for providing the information:)

    We have gone through event viewer log or trace log but no luck to find the issue.

    This is generic error message you need to check event viewer log  or trace log to get more about error details.
