So I am able to hide the products by contact report simply by 'adding existing' to my solution then removing where it displays. It exports fine but on import to another server it says managed solution cannot update reports which are not present in solution package. Report ~~id here~~ is not part of current solution. Errorcode -2147160008. Each export adds a new .rdl with a different guid so I think its just the way crm works. If so is there any way to hide the report on a page by page basis or should this be working?
