The menu item with name financialtags could not be opened.

When i tried to open finantial tag form i got this error .
 
  • Cannot edit a record in Financial tag rules (FinTagRule). Name: Allocation journal_Account_< All tags >. The record already exists.
  • The menu item with name financialtags could not be opened.
