    Hi Ranjith,

You would need SCM and FIN licenses if you want to run the whole business, but only for the users who work with the modules. In real life, only a few would need all licenses.

Suggestion: get in touch with someone from Dynamics Sales in you country to get more assistance.

    Hi Ramune Peckyte,

    Thank you for your response.

The requirement for customer who having retail business as supermarkets. It's not an international business, they have multiple stores with in state. Initially there are minimum number of stores will be in operational with minimum number of users and later will be added capacity upon growing the business. Looking for a solution for back office management like Finance, Purchase etc and retail store management with POS / Kiosk, stock management, Loyalty etc. and near future need for e-commerce platform too.

If in case go for Dynamics 365 Commerce, then Should they need to purchase license for D365 Finance, Supply Chain Management modules along with D 365 Commerce license?

Is there hardware specifications or compatibility guide for POS/Kiosk etc for D365 Commerce ?

    Thanks for the time

    Hi Ranjith,

LS Retail POS is based on D365 Business Central (former NAV). So, I would say it depends more on the backoffice needs (how many users, international company, etc.) than on the POS app itself.

Actually, LS Retail has several solutions. LS First is based on  D365 Commerce, but it is a special solution for restaurants. The rest is based on Business Central (LS Central) or even SAP Business One (LS One).
