AL0296 Error, How to fix ?

Hi, 

I am new to Dynamics and I am finding a workaround for error 

The type or method 'PrintOnlyIfDetail' cannot be used for 'Extension' development.AL(AL0296). I have a task to add columns in transaction detail report ( Dimension names , Source currency, Source GST, Source Amount). I think I need to link it with different tables. 

If some one can help me with resolving this error and put me on right track will be appreciated.

    Hi Garry,

    I would start with reading the following blog:

    as there is a chance you need to tweak some settings in your project, like we got here:

    github.com/.../2279

    Hi Garry,

    Are you creating a new report? Then you should be able to set the property. However if you are creating a report extension, you can't.

    Please vote for this idea, if you want this to become possible in the future:

    Microsoft Idea  · Enable the modification of the PrintOnlyIfDetail property in Report Extensions (dynamics.com)
