Hi,
Is there a way to configure email distribution list for newly generated financial reports coming from Management Reporter or Financial Report Designer. I have configured report scheduling inside the Financial Report Designer to automatically generate reports in a report group based on a recurrence schedule. Now I am aiming to configure automatic emails to recipients so that as soon as the reports are generated they are automatically emailed to a list of users as email attachments or links to the report inside those emails.
I can see that there is a config called Financial report collaboration where we can share reports containing links to reports however it doesn't where to go to configure it. I understand we can use MS Flow or Alert system and a number other options to achieve this requirement however I am interested to know if this could be achieved using out-of-the-box features.
