Bank Transactions and Transfers Posting to GL, but not Hitting Bank Reconciliation, Bank Transaction Posting Journal Empty, and Print Setup Now Defaulting to A4

About two weeks ago, the Print Default started setting letter size to A4. Additionally, in trying to reconcile the May Bank Statement, none of the transactions (withdrawals, etc) or transfers have hit the Checkbook, but they are all in the GL. Finally, when you post a bank transaction, the Bank Transaction Posting Journal comes back empty. Any ideas?

Terminal Server

GP Version 10.00.0903

I have already verified posting setups, ran Check Links and Reconcile on the Financial modules. The posting setups are fine and nothing came back on the maintenance.

Update: The issue only occurs on the Terminal Server install (Windows 2003 R2). The SQL client install has none of these issues. I have now upgraded the client from GP10 to GP Version 2010 and the issues persist, but again only on the terminal server. At this point, I believe this may be some of the recent Windows Updates that affected terminal services, since the data is in the database and showing on other clients and a reinstall of the GP client did not help.
