How to decrease Finance and operations file usage - F&O - Power platform admin center

Hello,
my f&o file usage is increasing alot, i need to know why it has reached almost 800GB and how to decrease it.
Your help is appreciated.

    Unfortunately, we don't know anything about your environment. Do you know how this environment is used? Have you checked if it is consumed by document attachments? You can then check the DocuRef and DocuValue table for some details? 
    Maybe someone is using the Data Import/Export Framework heavily?
    Is there any ISV or customization in this environment dealing with files?
