How are Contacts in marketing different from contacts in Sales? How can i get the contact available in Sales to marketing?
Contacts are the same in marketing and sales. However, we work in different ways in marketing with contacts by creating segments that contain contacts for different marketing activities, such as marketing emails, campaigns etc.: docs.microsoft.com/.../segmentation-lists-subscriptions
I couldn't see the contacts which were in sales in contacts list of marketing.So is there a way to get those contacts in Marketing contacts. Actaully my marketing module is in different environment and Sales is in different environment.So i need to sync the contacts.
you may export the contacts from sales with an excel spreadsheet and then import into marketing
