Hello. Need help with quite a unique scenario. My organization tracks email from outlook [no set regarding to account or contact]. I want to pull a report that will show me accounts with no activities [email, tasks, appointments, phone calls] for a user.
The problem I am facing is, the email that are tracked [and not set as set-regarding] are not counted as activity in the account.
Is there a work around? can someone please help?

Hi Aditya,
This is by design.
If the "Regarding" field of the email is not set to an account, then we will not be able to query this email through "Activities (Regarding)" of the Account in the report.
So, to list emails with Regarding no value, we can only query them by the From and To of the email.
Set the Primary record type of the report to Email Messages, and the Related record type is not set.
Set the Filtering Criteria to "From Contains Account email address" OR "To Recipients Contains Account email address".
This way we can display emails that are tracked but not "Regarding" in the report.
